Order Processing Times
Orders shall be processed within a period not exceeding 72 hours, with the exception of peak seasons, such as Black Friday, during which the processing time may extend up to five business days. We understand the value of timely delivery, and we thank you for your patience as we diligently prepare your order for shipment.
The shipment dates and lead times for your order may vary depending on the availability of the products. Our website features live inventory updates for most products. However, please be advised that some products may not be immediately available. If you have any inquiries regarding the availability of a specific product, please do not hesitate to contact our office to discuss lead times. By completing payment, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in our website. Please note that stock availability is subject to change on a daily basis and orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, certain brands may be experiencing significant delays, kindly contact us for further information.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date and offer store credit as the sole form of reimbursement. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. The returned product must be in its original packaging, unused and uninstalled. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. A fee for repackaging may apply if the original packaging is not suitable for resale. Special orders, tuners, and custom parts are not eligible for return
Once an order for custom parts has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Orders that are canceled may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. All returns must be pre-authorized by Driving Dynamics and be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of the product, provided it is in its original condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or by check. Please allow up to 7 business days for any store credit to be reflected on your account.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in typography, photography, technical error, or pricing information received from our suppliers, Driving Dynamics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.
